1. Free & Unrestricted License

CrispPDF grants you a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use all 48+ PDF tools, converters, and government exam resizers. The service is 100% free for personal, educational, commercial, and enterprise production workflows without hidden fees or daily task rate limits.

2. Ownership of Your Documents

Because CrispPDF executes entirely inside your local device's browser memory (RAM) via WebAssembly, CrispPDF never accesses, views, stores, or acquires any intellectual property rights in your files. You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and confidentiality over every document processed.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to reverse engineer or tamper with our client-side software distribution headers, or attempt to introduce malicious scripts into our open-web application shell.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

CrispPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our tools conform rigorously to ISO 32000-1 document standards, you are responsible for verifying that your final exported documents satisfy external portal requirements before submission.
